Our new season celebrating living writers’ new work, starts off with a community parade for one of our influences- the great French lesbian philosopher, filmmaker and novelist, Monique Wittig (1935-2003), and especially her work THE STRAIGHT MIND.

Burton – assistant professor of French at UC Berkeley, author The End of Sex: Science and the Social Contract in Monique Wittig and Jean-Jacques Rousseau due from Fordham University Press in summer 2027 and Lazz Kinnamon – scholar of Gender and Sexuality Studies who currently teaches at the University of Arizona.
