On the last day in January, on our last night in the building at 150 1st Avenue, Elastic City took a group of stakeholders & staff on an artist-led walk to celebrate the spaces of PS122 as they had been since 1980. The walk was entitled Intermission and we were invited to stretch our legs, take a piss and walk through the historic theaters one last time. We dug in, dressed up and tagged the wall before it fell — house lights (and sparklers!) were blinking…
The walk was dimly lit but here are a few photos that came out that night:
